We offer Bulk Beef and Bulk Pork packages year round. Pork cuts that are smoked are all nitrate-free. Deb will assist you with inquiries and ordering a quarter or side of beef and pork. She will go through the breakdown of cuts included and help with customizing your package based on your preferences.
Standard Quarter Beef breakdown:

- 1 eye round roast
- 3 top round roasts
- 3 bottom round roasts
- 1 brisket
- 1 flank steak
- 1 skirt steak
- 4 tenderloin steaks
- 5 sirloin steaks
- 4 london broil steaks
- 5 strip steaks

- 4 pkgs. short ribs
- 4 flat iron steaks
- 25 pkgs. ground beef
- 10 pkgs. stew beef
Approximately 110 to 125 pounds of cut, vacuum sealed, labeled meat at $14.00/lb. Farm pick-up is an option or delivery is available for $30.00.

- HAM – Bone-in OR boneless roasts OR ham steaks (FRESH OR SMOKED)
- BUTT – 2-3 roasts
- CHOPS – 8 packages LOIN (2 per package)
- BACON – 8 packages
- GROUND PORK – 2 TO 4 packages
- SAUSAGE – 10 to 12 PKGS. (HOT, SWEET or BOTH / 4 LINKS per package)
